🛒 Orders

• ✔ All orders are processed automatically once submitted.
• ✔ Orders cannot be modified after processing has started.
• ✔ Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order.
• ❌ Orders submitted with incorrect links, usernames, quantities, or private accounts may not be eligible for refunds, refills, or replacement.
• ✔ By placing an order, you confirm that the target link/account is correct and accessible for the selected service.

🚫 Duplicate Orders

Do not place multiple orders for the same link using the same service while another order is still active.

Please wait until the previous order is completed or canceled before placing another order.

BoostifyPH is not responsible for delivery issues, reduced results, or other problems caused by duplicate or overlapping orders.

⏳ Cancellation Processing

Once an order has been submitted, it is automatically forwarded to the selected third-party provider for processing.

If an order is still showing as Pending or In Progress, a customer may request cancellation; however, the request is subject to the provider's current order status and cancellation availability.

A cancellation request does not guarantee immediate cancellation. Once an order has been accepted or started by the provider, BoostifyPH may no longer be able to cancel it.

Customers are therefore strongly advised to review their order details carefully before submitting an order.

If the provider successfully cancels the order, any applicable refund or balance adjustment will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

❌ Cancellation Request Abuse

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before placing an order. Because orders are processed automatically, cancellation requests may not always be possible once processing has started.

Repeated or excessive cancellation requests, particularly after orders have already been submitted to or accepted by the provider, may be considered abuse of the cancellation process.

BoostifyPH reserves the right to take appropriate action against accounts that repeatedly abuse the cancellation process, including:

• ⚠️ Issuing a warning
• 🚫 Restricting future orders or selected services
• ⛔ Temporarily suspending the account
• 🔒 Permanently suspending or terminating the account in cases of continued or serious abuse

Any action taken will depend on the frequency, circumstances, and severity of the user's activity. Legitimate cancellation requests and genuine order issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

📈 Organic Growth

Any followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, or other engagement received naturally while your order is being processed will be counted toward the total delivered quantity.

BoostifyPH is not responsible for additional organic activity that occurs before, during, or after an order is processed.

👤 Account Changes

Changing your username, making your account private, deleting content, changing the target URL, disabling comments, or otherwise modifying the target account while an order is in progress may result in delivery failure.

Such changes may also void eligibility for refill, replacement, cancellation, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.

⚙️ Service Availability

BoostifyPH reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice due to provider updates, social media platform changes, maintenance, or technical reasons.

Service availability, processing times, and delivery speeds may vary depending on third-party provider performance and platform conditions.

🛡️ Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity may result in account restrictions or suspension. Examples include:

• ❌ Unauthorized payments or payment disputes
• ❌ Fraudulent chargebacks
• ❌ Attempts to exploit bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes
• ❌ Abuse of cancellation, refund, or refill processes
• ❌ Multiple accounts created to bypass restrictions
• ❌ Attempts to manipulate or misuse the ordering system

Depending on the severity of the activity, BoostifyPH may take appropriate action, including:

• ⚠️ Warning the customer
• 🚫 Restricting account activity
• ⛔ Canceling affected or pending orders
• 🔒 Temporarily suspending the account
• 🔒 Permanently suspending or terminating the account
• ⚖️ Taking further action when legally appropriate

💰 Refunds

Refund eligibility is subject to the BoostifyPH Refund Policy and the actual status of the order.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a customer requests cancellation or because an order is still being processed.

Where applicable, refunds may be issued to the customer's BoostifyPH balance or through the available refund method, depending on the circumstances.

♻️ Refill Policy

Refills are only available for services that specifically include a refill guarantee.

Refill eligibility depends on the selected service, the stated refill period, and the condition of the target account or content.

Account changes, deleted content, username changes, private accounts, or other customer-side modifications may void refill eligibility.

Delivery speed, retention, refill availability, and service quality may vary depending on provider performance, platform updates, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

While we strive to provide reliable services, BoostifyPH cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific delivery times, permanent retention, or permanent results.
